       Width of markers on the map is proportional to # of Installed, Height of markers is proportional to # of returns for 6 mnths.
Mean Time-To-Resolve; width of markers is proportional to number of returns, height is proportional to Mean Time-To-Resolve(TTR)     Show Numbers Freq*TTR:
black rectangle = 10 cases * 30 days; whiskers = 50 cases * 60 days
